All items on Woogive.com are made-to-order and customized specifically for each customer. Once your order is placed, it is individually processed and produced to ensure quality and accuracy.

We work with global fulfillment partners and shipping carriers to deliver your order efficiently while maintaining competitive pricing.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully completed.

Production time typically takes 2–4 business days for most products. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, production time may be extended.

2. Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times begin after production is completed:

  • United States: 7–10 business days
  • US Non-Contiguous States (including HI, AK, PR, GU): 7–10 additional business days
  • United Kingdom & European Union: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary based on destination, carrier performance, customs processing, weather, and seasonal demand.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with major carriers including USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, YunExpress, and local postal services depending on the destination and fulfillment route.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and the number of items in the order.

For orders with multiple items, shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Please allow 2–5 business days for the carrier to scan and activate tracking updates.

If tracking information is not immediately available, this usually means the package is still moving through the carrier’s system and has not yet received its first scan.

6. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product type, production location, availability, or fulfillment route. If this occurs, you may receive multiple packages and separate tracking updates.

7. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address is provided, delays, returns, or disposal by the carrier may occur, and additional charges may apply for reshipment or replacement.

Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout, it is considered fulfilled.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after confirmed delivery, or for losses resulting from delivery to an unsecured location.

8. Carrier Delays and External Factors

Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas.

International shipments may also be delayed by customs processing, import procedures, local postal service limitations, or other government-related handling.

These delays are outside our control and do not automatically qualify for refunds.
