At Woogive.com, all items are made-to-order and many are personalized specifically for each customer. Because orders move into production quickly, we encourage customers to review all details carefully before submitting an order.
This policy explains when cancellation or modification requests may be accepted and how to contact us for assistance.
1. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of your order within 2 hours of placing it.
Requests must be submitted within this timeframe. Processing time of requests may vary.
After the 2-hour window, your order may already be in production and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled for a full refund.
2. Order Modification
You may request changes to your order within 2 hours of purchase. This may include updates to:
- Personalization details
- Shipping address corrections
- Product options such as size, color, or variant
- Other order-related adjustments
After the 2-hour window, modification requests are not guaranteed because the order may already be in production, packed, or prepared for shipment.
While we will do our best to assist when possible, requests submitted after this timeframe may be declined.
3. How to Request a Cancellation or Modification
To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us as soon as possible at support@woogive.com.
To help us review your request faster, please include:
- Your order number
- The requested change, or the reason for cancellation
- Your full name and shipping address
We will review your request and confirm whether the cancellation or modification can be completed.
4. Situations Where Requests May Be Declined
We may be unable to cancel or modify an order in the following situations:
- The request was submitted after the 2-hour window
- The order has already entered production
- The order has already been packed, handed off, or prepared for shipment
- The package has already shipped
- Personalized order details were already finalized based on customer-submitted information
In certain cases where modification is no longer possible, we may offer alternative solutions at our sole discretion.
